2022: Centre Network Automation
IT integrator "First Bit" has automated the network of medical centers "YURFA," consisting of five clinics in different cities of Kyrgyzstan as of December 2022. The system of three integrated solutions was launched in just 3 months. This was announced by "First Bit" on December 15, 2022.
For ourselves, we have chosen a phased launch strategy. First, the deployment, configuration and refinement of the system for our business processes, thorough and painstaking operation on a test environment. Then a test launch at one branch, refinement and scaling of MIS to the remaining 4 branches without interrupting their activities, - said Galina Nishanova, Deputy General Director for Development of YURFA. |
The software complex consisted of three solutions: "BIT. Management of the medical center," developed by the Chelyabinsk office of the First Bit, "1C: Clinical Laboratory" and "1C: Dietary Nutrition." It is divided into 7 contours that fully cover the requests of a multidisciplinary medical center:
- Registry
- Lab
- Financials and Management Accounting
- Personnel, settlement wages
- Hospital
- Pricing and Marketing
- Warehouse
In order for the systems to work correctly even with problems with the Internet, it was decided to make the information bases local, separately for each of the five branches.
The initial impetus for the start of the project for the management of YURFA was the lack of the necessary financial statements. This problem has been solved - the financial results of the clinic are now transparent for both owners and investors.
But at the same time, the comprehensive medical information system has improved many processes: for example, now the program automatically controls the age of patients signing up for doctors, and those passing tests are given a QR code, having scanned which can be viewed the results.
The clinic plans to further develop its digital infrastructure. In the near future, management plans to open its own call center - for this, specialized software developed by the First Bit has already been purchased.
