At the beginning of 2008 the development company "OTKRYTIYE-Nedvizhimost" made the decision on system implementation on the platform "INTALEV: Corporate management".

Prior to the beginning of this project in "OTKRYTIYE-Nedvizhimost" the early version of the software product "INTALEV was applied : Corporate management".
Development vector
Main goal of the project starting in 2008 - simplification of consolidation of financial results against the background of the increasing project portfolio, optimization of budget planning and management accounting in group. To achieve effective objectives, it was required to improve model of budget management and management accounting, to develop financial and budget structures, regulations of planning.
Result
The implemented system is used in customer organization and for document flow. Necessary settings were performed by forces of staff of the company without involvement of specialists INTALEV.
Having implemented a system "INTALEV: Corporate management", the OTKRYTIYE-Nedvizhimost company started use of OLAP means for analytics and evident demonstration of results to top management of the company.
Development plans
Automation according to IFRS should become the following major problem in the near future. It is supposed that for these purposes the software product "INTALEV will also be used : Corporate management".
