BFT-Holding, a Russian developer of software products and custom solutions for the public sector and business, on December 20, 2022 offered services for the deployment of regional data marts. Storefronts will allow departments to quickly exchange the data necessary to provide public services. This will reduce the burden on the internal information systems of regional authorities and give them the opportunity to quickly provide public services to citizens.

Data marts are a technology chosen by the Ministry of Digital Science of Russia for implementation in government departments as part of the development of the NSD. It allows you not to contact the closed transactional information systems of departments to obtain data for interdepartmental exchange, but to use data prepared for consumption in advance. For example, the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation can display information about SNILS for use by other departments, and the Federal Tax Service of Russia can provide data from the state address register, etc. To receive such information from each other, departments need to implement data marts.

BFT-Holding offers services for deploying data marts for the tasks of the region. The process is configured so that at the time of online recording, patients directly turn to the MIS of the medical institution, which at times of peak loads can lead to an increase in the waiting time for searching for free windows and failures in the system. Users often leave the portal without receiving the necessary service. You can now use the Data Mart to avoid such problems. It will act as an "intermediate layer" between the user and the information system of the medical institution. So, free slots from IP will be automatically added to the showcase, and from there - to the self-recording service on the State Public services portal, where the patient will see them and will be able to make an appointment. After that, the data is synchronized with the IC and the cycle can be repeated.

Another example of the implementation of a data store in the region can be the Federal Information Address System. FTS Russia Using the NDD data mart technology, you can organize a distributed database and display only the state address register (GAR) without any intermediate information. This will help data consumer departments to use only demanded data from the Federal Tax Service of Russia in their work.

Data marts carry several useful functions. This is the speed of access to the necessary information, the translation of the provision of public services online and the ability to analyze data.
