Nizhny IT Company Lad Novgorod on December 29, 2022 announced that it had developed intellectual chat boat for " Telegram Your IPRA" (abbreviated from an individual rehabilitation and habilitation program). Its key task is to help parents raising children with disabilities get information state about support measures, benefits and opportunities for literate rehabilitation/habilitation and socialization of the child.

The initiator of the project was Anastasia Troshina, a resident of Nizhny Novgorod, who is raising a child with disabilities (disabilities) and knows from her experience how difficult it is for parents to navigate the diversity of information.

Often parents do not know what support measures and opportunities for their children are provided for by the state, spend a lot of time and effort on finding contacts of organizations and reliable information when registering them. The desire to provide support, facilitate the process of collecting documents and fell into the idea of ​ ​ a chatbot, the microgrant for the implementation of which Anastasia received, taking part in the All-Russian competition of projects through the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs.

The development of the chatbot was carried out IT by the Lad company, which develops the direction machine learning and analysis. data The company already has several development cases that intellectual chat boats can understand the meaning of messages entered by the user, find information in knowledge bases, and maintain a dialogue.

By answering questions, the user receives contacts of organizations in Nizhny Novgorod or the region where he should contact for paperwork, or a link to the desired application on the State Public services website. Thus, families of children with disabilities will issue the required support measures, for example, benefits for utility bills or OSAGO tariffs, and will also understand where to apply for sanatorium treatment, medical equipment, etc. The plans are to develop functionality that allows you to receive reminders about the timing of the extension of benefits, as well as to cover information support for different age categories of people with disabilities and scale it to other regions of the |country.
