2022: Digitalization of catering services

On January 11, 2023, the company 1C-Rarus announced the digitalization of the company's catering services "" using AKS its own software solutions. The software product "" 1C: Catering company management is used in, and  dining rooms shops  buffets, as well as in organizing festive and visiting events. The use of these technologies and the digitalization of the company's processes contribute to improving the quality of the services provided.

AKS is a provider of comprehensive services in the field of catering, facility management, including cleaning, maintenance, personnel accommodation. AKS customers are large companies in and  oil and gas mining  construction sectors, both at urban, industrial facilities, and in offshore and remote areas, in extreme conditions Arctic   and in regions classified as regions of the Far North.

Cooperation "1C-Rarus" with "AKS" began in 2017 . The company began to use 1C: Catering as a backend solution for an oil and gas project in Western Siberia. In November 2017, the front license "RestArt" was acquired  for the cashier of the store. With the help of the software product, the full autonomy  of cash software is configured, with  a set of interfaces by roles, and personalized accounting is organized using a deposit payment system.

 At the end of 2021, a project for the comprehensive digitalization of a large facility was launched. By mid-2022, a  KHMAO   combination of solutions 1C": Catering" and "RestArt" was fully used at the facility. The scheme of subsidized nutrition has been set up and a single payment identification card has been issued using web  SMS and web services to activate the card by an employee.

Results:

  • Processes are optimized: maintaining a list of recipes, compiling estimates, the labor intensity of personnel on document management and calculations is reduced by 50%.
  • It is possible to use: several formulations with the choice of the desired at the time of preparation, the list of interchangeable products, the mechanism of seasonal coefficients.
  • Daily monitoring of the availability of products required to fulfill orders is carried out.
  • Timely formation of orders to suppliers, strict control of shelf life of products is ensured.
  • The volume of raw material utilization has been minimized, and the cost of provision has been reduced. productions
  • It became possible to trace the history of working with suppliers.
  • Control and analysis of supplier prices makes it possible to purchase on the most favorable terms.

Automation helped achieve the goal of increasing the number of orders completed and simplifying management control of the enterprise . The next stage was the migration of the backend part from 1C: Catering to a single platform based on the 1S:UNF 8 solution . Management of a catering enterprise "(1C: UPO).

The AKS team has created a mobile application for working  with IT services, with a single entry window for each employee of customer companies. Thanks to the presence of interfaces for integration, the application works  for 1C: UPO and RestArt.

 During the transition to the 1C: Catering Enterprise Management solution, 1C-Rarus specialists transferred the previously completed design improvements and accumulated data: directories, cash registers with the preservation of a unique GUID object identifier to exclude reconfiguration of commissioning of cash desks, recipes, balances for accounting units.
