With the expert support of the Group of Companies "" based on Project PRACTICE the results of the strategic session, the employees of the project office of the State Unitary Enterprise ENERGY INDUSTRY SPb"" have developed a Roadmap for the implementation of OMS.

Competent and trained project personnel of the State Unitary Enterprise "TEK SPb" are an important criterion for the implementation of the company's development strategy. As the first steps in the implementation of the developed Roadmap, it was decided to increase the project competencies of employees. 27 employees from 8 business areas took part in activities to improve competencies. The work was carried out in 2 stages.

At the first, the participants gained knowledge of current approaches to project management and project management tools in a structured form as part of an intensive course "Project Management Workshop." Classes were held remotely - students could take them at any time.

At the second stage, an evaluation session was held aimed at assessing the project competencies of employees. In 2022, a second assessment session will be held, based on the results of which it will be possible to check the level of competence in dynamics.

Based on the results of the evaluation session, the experts of the Project Practice Group prepared a report in which they identified the strengths and weaknesses in the field of project competencies of the company's employees and recommendations for their development. The training participants noted an improved understanding of project management and the formation of a systematic idea of the project management processes that need to be applied in the company. As the next steps of the Roadmap, the PMT TEK SPb is developing a project management methodology and a project motivation system. The knowledge gained helps project participants to implement the developed solutions on pilot zone projects.
