Research and Design Center of the Master Plan of St. Petersburg (SPb GKU "NIPC General Plan of St. Petersburg") is a member of the Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture. The specialists of the Center deal with the issues of ensuring the sustainable development of the city, improving the quality of the urban environment, preserving and regenerating the historical and cultural heritage, developing engineering, transport and social infrastructures.
