City Information and Settlement Center - IRC

St. Petersburg state the state institution "City Information and Settlement Center" (SPb GKU "GIRC") Committee on Social Policy of St. Petersburg Governments of St. Petersburg performs:

• providing social and legal information and consulting assistance to residents of the city;
• acceptance of applications from certain categories of citizens for the provision of special transport services, their transfer for sale to transport organizations of the city, control over the execution of applications;
• settlements with credit and banking institutions for accrued benefits, compensation (subsidies) and other payments;
• planning of expenses for the payment of benefits, compensation and other social benefits, timely and correct maintenance of primary, accounting and statistical accounting, preparation and provision of established reporting;
• management of the creation and functioning of a comprehensive automated system for processing information for the purpose, recalculation and payment of benefits and other social benefits to residents of St. Petersburg;
• training and methodological work on the training of personnel and on the advanced training of employees of social protection bodies of the population on the accrual and payment of benefits, compensation and other social benefits.
