2022: Introduction of the information system of the collegial bodies "Areopad"
On February 3, 2023, Digital Design announced the completion of a project to install and adapt the information system of the Areopad collegial bodies (ISCO Areopad) for Expobank, a financial institution with branches in Moscow, Novosibirsk, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and the Kursk region. The bank has been operating in the market for more than 28 years in the segment of large business, small and medium-sized enterprises, car loans and retail.
The system for automating meetings of ISCO "Areopad" is its own development "Digital Design," designed to ensure the effective work of collegial bodies of large distributed organizations. The result of the implementation of the solution in Expobank was the automation of the process of holding meetings of employees who interact in one information field.
Among the possibilities of ISCO "Areopad" for the bank:
- the possibility of holding meetings in person/in absentia with the connection of users remote in the mode;
- information security due to the use; algorithms cryptography
- the ability to connect to the system using a mobile application and from a stationary computer through a browser;
- integration with other information systems of the organization, including MS Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, JIRA;
- wide functionality that automates and facilitates the work of all involved employees: secretaries, members and chairmen of collegial bodies, administrators, auditors. The system allows you to form a calendar of meetings, create and edit questions, materials and protocols, make notifications, view meeting documents and leave comments on questions in the chat to participants and secretaries, connect and work in a mobile application offline, vote, configure access rights, as well as perform many other functions depending on the user's role;
- automatic formation of documents, including various types of minutes of meetings, questionnaires, written opinions, extracts on considered issues, decisions of the chairman, agendas, notifications and other types of templates;
- availability of event and document notification function;
- Logging user actions in the log
- availability of filtering and sorting tools;
- uploading information from the system taking into account user rights and recording these operations in event logs.
