The chatbot provides service on 19 consulting scenarios and works with 26 topics, providing support in terms of registration and work on the MMK electronic trading platform, creating a quotation, issuing documentation, finding the right specialist, etc.

The AI assistant is integrated with the internal information systems of the plant, which allows you to expand service opportunities, for example, to prompt employee contacts, the status of applications, explain terminology, etc. If it is impossible to solve the problem, errors or incidents occur, the robot independently starts an application: it requests the necessary contact information, creates a request and sends it to the company's contact center for further processing.

The virtual assistant invites the user to formulate the request using the tooltips (sajests) built into the dialog box interface, but also understands the essence of the questions asked in free form. You can send files through the AI assistant, and you can upload a dialog from the chat for further forwarding by e-mail. For providers, communication with the assistant is available without authorization.
