The executive authorities state Astrakhan region also transferred business processes the document flow to an import-independent intellectual system Directum RX with installation on OS families. The Linux company Directum (Directives) announced this on February 14, 2023.

More than 100 organizations and departments now work in a single digital space. In 2021, the department decided to switch to the Directum RX system and also replace the operating system with Astra Linux SE 1.7 Voronezh. The migration took place while maintaining the regulations of key business processes for the convenience and rapid adaptation of users who are already accustomed to working in Directum. The contractor for the project was Intellect Consulting.

The project team was faced with the task of simplifying and speeding up the work of internal document management, improving the interaction of state bodies with citizens, as well as improving the process of exchanging correspondence through the MED.

To optimize the internal exchange of correspondence, most of the documents were converted to digital format. By combining the stages of familiarization with the document and its registration, it was possible to get rid of the same type of tasks when sending outgoing and receiving incoming documents.

Thanks to integration with the Internet reception of the government of the Astrakhan region, MEDO, STU and the Internet site "Register of Administrative Documents," the delivery of documents to correspondents has accelerated.

Due to the automatic filling of the card, the processing of citizens' appeals, including from the Internet reception, has been simplified. By standardizing the templates of outgoing letters on the forms approved for all departments, the work with correspondence was streamlined.

Due to the formation of periodic orders, the labor intensity for setting tasks has decreased. Thanks to the mobile application Directum Solo, officials can work flexibly without reference to the workplace - quickly connect to urgent issues and not delay the deadline for consideration of documents.

At the next stage, it is planned to implement the solutions of the "Meeting," "Long-term archive" and "Agile-boards," as well as setting up mechanisms for intelligent document processing. The Directum RX system is planned to be replicated to local governments and subordinate institutions.

The government of the Astrakhan region is conducting a targeted program aimed at improving the efficiency of the executive bodies of state power. One of the main tasks is to build a unified information and technological infrastructure of the authorities, uniting geographically distributed information resources. Since 2008, the executive bodies of state power (IOGV) and the government of the Astrakhan region have been fully operating in the Directum system.
