IBS TechnoDrom is a format that includes the full life cycle of the formation and development of IT commands of any configuration and profile in all regions of the country. It combines project consulting, team selection, training, team formation, warranty support and development of specialists in the process of work.
Thanks to the TechnoDrom service, you can form an effective team of 10 to 400 employees to create and operate information systems of any complexity. Selection is carried out in all categories of IT personnel: administrators, trainees, programmers, testers, methodologists, business consultants, architects, quality controllers, team leaders, projects and programs.
TechnoDrom experts will help determine the optimal structure and number of the team, after which professional recruiters organize the search for candidates, taking into account the specifics of the business and the upcoming project. Unlike regular recruitment, TechnoDrom's services also include the assessment of technical skills and personal qualities of IT specialists, their training in technology and project culture, as well as team building and skill development in the framework of test mini-projects. The selected team is included in the company's staff, which distinguishes it from outsourcing specialists: it is under the direct control of the customer and is fully responsible for the results and terms of its work.
After transferring the command under the control of the client for another six months, IBS specialists will carry out its warranty support. They will provide additional training for employees for new tasks in the process of project work, if necessary, adjust the team, compensate for departing members and adapt new employees. After the completion of the project, TechnoDrom specialists will help resolve issues with the further activities of the team - organize retraining of employees for new client tasks or use them in other projects.
