2022: Implementation of KORP 1C:CRM

NPO Katren actively uses funds from corporate donors. The purpose of such NGOs sounds like "targeted development of allocated funds." The implementation of CRM is to make the targeted development of these tools more orderly, centralized, observable, transparent and more efficient.

The purpose of the project:

Managers and employees of the company, thanks to the implementation, 1C:CRM wanted to achieve transparency in working with, donors beneficiaries, employees. fund Structurally, everything to store by information partner, automate the receipt of reports, get a convenient mechanism for conducting marketing campaigns.

Employees of the company, AKAM together with representatives, customer modeled and set up in to make 1C:CRM business processes it easier to agree on terms of cooperation with suppliers and buyers.

Sales funnels have been set up in 2 directions:

  • BFL (Treatment of individuals);
  • Working with suppliers.

The master entity cards have been modified to meet the customer's needs:

  • Counterparty Card;
  • Contact card;
  • Interest card;
  • A block of reports has been implemented that allows you to analyze the work of employees in the system, fill out checklists.

The main results of the project:

  • Business processes for working with donors, suppliers of goods and services, and beneficiaries have been optimized (logistics have been built, processes and results have been recorded, tasks have been tracked);
  • Information on counterparties (donors and beneficiaries) is saved and structured;
  • The system allows to analyze the work of the Fund with counterparties of all types, employees of the Fund;
  • Automated formation of regular reporting (including mandatory reporting);
  • Organized marketing campaigns to work with donors and beneficiaries.
