The asset was acquired by developers and co-owners of this object Alexey and Alexander Ostapishins.

Real estate market experts interviewed by the newspaper estimated its market value at at least 6.2 billion rubles. The businessmen themselves were previously top managers of the TGK company, which planned to build the Radumlya warehouse complex in the Solnechnogorsk district of the Moscow region, but the project was frozen. Later, the site for the construction of the warehouse was acquired by the co-owner of the Eksmo-AST group Oleg Novikov.
