Director of the Project Management Department "Edith Pro"

On February 22, 2023, Edith Pro announced the creation of the Project Management Department. Stanislav Tkachev, who has many years of experience in the field of system integration and implementation of projects using 1C products, has been appointed head of the division.

In the fall of 2022, Borlas Group and Edith Pro merged 1C practices with the aim of building a center for digital business transformation based on domestic solutions.

Current and future IT projects will be implemented within the framework of unified approaches, methodologies and common tools. For this, the Department of Project Management was formed.

The activity of this division is aimed at structuring projects for the implementation of 1C products, ensuring uniform service, monitoring deadlines, budgets and resources. The result of this work will be a more effective implementation of the company's projects, an increase in production volumes taking into account market needs.

As of February 2023, the Department of Project Management has more than 15 project managers. The division is constantly expanding due to increased demand in the market. At the same time, organizational and methodological work is underway to build the processes of conducting project activities.

The Russian IT market is undergoing serious changes related to the digital transformation of the business and the movement towards import substitution. Massively implemented projects for the transition to domestic solutions, including 1C products. Customers' requirements for deadlines, quality, transparency of projects are increasing, they set more ambitious tasks, - said Stanislav Tkachev.

According to him, experience, developed approaches and implementation technologies become significant competitive advantages of the integrator in the current situation. In addition, competent assessment and constant control of the economic components of each project is required.
