2024: Training at the Process Factory

Employees of Park-Pro LLC underwent training at the process factory. This training platform was created as part of the national project "Labor Productivity." At it, participants study lean production tools and immediately use them in practice when assembling a real device.

The training is carried out by specialists from the Regional Competence Center (RCC), which is the operator of the national project. The center operates on the basis of the Kaluga Region Business Development Agency, which announced this on May 2, 2024.

The manufacturer of facades made of glass fiber concrete and street furniture "PARK-PRO" is a member of the national project "Labor Productivity," here lean production technologies are actively used. In May 2024, the company is at the Diagnostics and Planning stage and is engaged in the analysis and collection of information at the site chosen by them for improvements.

During the training at the Process Factory, employees produced gas gearboxes, built assembly areas, QCD and logistics. The effect of the first steps to the transformations was not long in coming. According to the results of the training, the team went to virtual earnings of 204,600 thousand rubles, taking 8th place among 60 teams in the ranking based on the results of gaming activities.

Our impressions of participation in the Factory are positive: a very well-coordinated team has formed, thanks to which we managed to achieve good results in completing tasks.
