2026: Practical Training at the Process Factory

On February 17, 2026, the Business Development Agency announced that employees of the Kaluga enterprise of Rekast JSC underwent practical training at the Process Factory - a training platform for participants in the federal project "Labor Productivity" of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy."

At the Process Factory, participants study lean production tools and immediately use them in practice when assembling a real device. The training is carried out by specialists from the Regional Competence Center (RCC), the operator of the national project, which operates on the basis of the Business Development Agency of the Kaluga Region.

During the training, the team assembled gas gearboxes, optimized assembly areas, QCD and logistics.

In February 2026, the company's team moved to the "Implementation" stage of practical solutions to improve labor productivity. A project office has been established, and training has been completed for lean production instructors who will implement and replicate practices at key production sites.

2025: Joining the Labour Productivity Project

The team of JSC Rekast decided to participate in the federal project "Labor Productivity," which is being implemented within the framework of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy." The project operator in the Kaluga region is the Regional Competence Center (RCC), operating on the basis of the Business Development Agency, which announced this on June 3, 2025.

After the primary training, the team will go through the "Diagnostics and Planning" stage, where the reference area will be determined. After that, under the guidance of the production wizard, the current state of workflows will be digitized. Within 3 months, the company will then establish a project office of instructors-employees of the company for the subsequent implementation of changes and replication of successful experience.
