Biography

Born July 17, 1967 in the city of Perm.

In 1991 he graduated from the Physics Department of Perm State University with a degree in Radiophysics and Electronics with the qualification of Radio Physics Engineer, in 2000 - from the Law Faculty with a degree in Jurisprudence with the qualification of Lawyer.
