The Moscow Department of Health has signed contracts for the maintenance of medical equipment in city clinics for 18.64 billion rubles. This became known in March 2023.
The metropolitan GAU "Gormedtekhnika" won five tenders for the maintenance of medical equipment. In all cases, the applications of the institution turned out to be the only ones. In a row, it is designed for the period until December 31, 2024 and covers more than 80 thousand pieces of equipment.
Tenders for service, repair and purchase of spare parts were announced in February 2023. The list of maintenance devices includes 80 thousand medical devices, including computed tomographs, ULTRASONOGRAPHY X-ray and laboratory equipment, medical furniture and, robots Versius Soloassist II and. Da Vinci The period of contracts extended for almost two years and is calculated from April 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024.
Gormedtekhnika also won previous contests for the service of the capital's medical equipment. So, in 2018, the institution signed a contract with clinics subordinate to the DZM for the maintenance of medical equipment in 2018-2019 for a total of 9 billion rubles. In May 2020, Gormedtekhnika won auctions totaling 16.58 billion rubles for equipment service in DZM medical institutions from 2020 to 2022. The decrease in the contract price during auctions was 0.5-1%.
The terms of these tenders tried to appeal against the FBU Rostest-Moscow. The company considered the consolidation of purchases unreasonable, which led to the unification of services of various types of equipment, and also announced the opaque formation of spare parts that did not comply with the procurement description rules, the formation of the initial maximum contract price and the establishment of additional conditions that impede competition. However, the complaint was withdrawn before consideration, and six months later the FBU became the contractor of the Gormedtekhniki tender for the service and repair of medical equipment at the Moscow Emergency and Emergency Medical Station named after A.S. Puchkov for a total of 211 million rubles.[1]
