Opening of the second building

"IT Otkritie Group" equipped the second building of the "Unified Support Center for Participants in a Special Military Operation" with interactive multimedia systems. The IT Group Otkritie company announced this on February 13, 2024.

The Unified Support Center for SVO participants and their families in September 2023 officially opened the doors of the second building. Here they provide assistance not only to mobilized participants in the SVO, but also to volunteers, contract workers and their families. The technical equipment of this case, as well as in the first building, was carried out by specialists of the IT group "Otkritie." The project uses the most relevant technical means, an array of control software, as well as a neural network.

The central element of the project was an interactive gym, which calculates the effectiveness of the athlete's activities and, through a complex of modern high-resolution LED screens in the center of the hall, demonstrates his statistics - the duration of the exercise, the number of repetitions, energy consumption in kilocalories. The idea is realized through 9 cameras that record classes on simulators, as well as a set of sensors on the simulators themselves, which read and transmit data on the training process. The energy flow is visualized through LED tracks: the more intensively the training goes, the faster the flow from the simulator to the central "cube" of the hall, which, as it were, is "pumped up" by the energy of athletes. The same "cube" demonstrates the score when the hall is used for team sports.

For some simulators, it was necessary to make additional elements, - said Mikhail Basyuk, multimedia engineer of the "IT group Otkritie." - An interesting fact: all these details were designed by us and printed on a 3D printer. For some simulators, we had to install sensors inside, that is, integrate into the system of the simulator itself.

To connect sensors, LED tracks and screens into a single whole, the team has developed specialized software that collects information from several sources, analyzes it and transmits it to the server, which is responsible for the creative component - visualization.

Since a very complex system of LED screens has formed in this room, ready-made solutions for managing what is displayed on them did not suit us, - said Mikhail Basyuk. - It was decided to develop software on its own. To solve the visual problem, many professionals of various competencies were involved - these are motion designers, graphic designers, and videographers. The visual part is important in order to show all the technically complex filling tasty and interesting. The work was completed in a very short time, I believe that we coped with the tasks set.

The videos, which form the basis of the visual part of the project, motivate training, and also offer those who are engaged in information about simulators, historical certificates about the history of the development of sports and simulators. Plus, at will, the visitor can see his statistics for a week or a month.

However, the sports hall of the Center is not just a room with simulators, it is designed and built so that in a short time it can transform into a performance stage. The quick-assembling stage is stored in niches under a large, almost wall-sized, LED screen equipped with a shuttering role for protection during sports competitions. If necessary, the scene is assembled in just half an hour.

Server and multimedia equipment is mounted in a special niche next to the screen - this solution saved space. To evenly distribute sound pressure, as well as increase speech readability, acoustic systems with large three-inch drivers were used, and a system of subwoofers installed at a certain distance from each other was used for bass, which gave an even distribution of low frequencies throughout the room.

Also, the gym can be easily converted into a room for video conferencing sessions or for broadcasting events. The necessary equipment has already been installed - video cameras are installed at the corners of the hall, and microphones like "cannon" are responsible for the sound.

Another important feature of the project: a studio music room was created in the Center, in which you can also hold live performances, for example, the apartment format.

IT specialists of the Otkritie group also equipped the SCS Center, a video surveillance system, security and fire alarms, ensuring the safety of visitors to the building.

Equipping with multimedia equipment of the "Center for Support of Participants of the IED"

On February 27, 2023, a Unified Support Center for WVO Participants and Their Families was opened in Moscow. The center includes an electronic queue system, a media room, a multifunctional conference room (with the possibility of transformation into a cinema), an emotional unloading room, as well as an adaptation area (an exhibition introducing options for adapting the urban environment to the needs of a small person), the creation of which was carried out by the IT group Otkritie. This was announced on March 20, 2023 by the creator company.

An important feature of this project for the company's specialists was the extremely tight timing of its implementation. The customer addressed the task of equipping the center at the end of January 2023, and the technical opening was supposed to occur on February 15, 2023. And already on February 27, 2023, the official opening of the center took place with the participation of the mayor Moscow Sergey Sobyanin and deputy chairman. Government of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova At the same time, the project was quite large: it was necessary to equip the center with an electronic queue system, equip a conference room, create an immersion effect in a room that simulates urban space, and develop a catalog of devices for people with disabilities.

The design work was carried out in an extremely short time, literally in a week. During the same week, all the necessary equipment was selected, and in early February 2023 they began installation,
told the general director of the IT group Otkritie Vladimir Rozin.

At the stage of design and selection of equipment, several options for the implementation of screens were considered - projection and on LED modules. The rooms in which the screens were to be placed were very light (a large glazing area and the number of light sources), so it was decided to abandon the projectors in favor of LED screens. This made it possible to make a bright and colorful picture in any lighting.

Already during the installation work, the customer received additional tasks, including the need to equip a relaxation room and create a corner screen at the entrance to the center, while the opening date of the center remained the same. And the company took up their decision, despite the total lack of time,
added Vladimir Rozin.

As a result, a motorized screen for the projector, the projector itself and a set of speakers were installed in the relaxation room, which organically fit into the overall design of the room. The corner screen at the entrance is also equipped. Its original shape - the screen covers two adjacent walls, forming an external right angle - made it possible to create 3D content with the illusion of objects going beyond the boundaries of the screen (the so-called Naked Eye effect).

Another LED screen with a pixel spacing of 2 mm is installed in the conference room. Screens in the "city" location and in the foyer of the center are assembled on modules with a pixel spacing of 1.53 mm. Thus, it was possible to achieve a large resolution, as a result - the image looks spectacular even from a short distance. Each screen has its own video server, thanks to which almost any PC user can control them and change the image without special knowledge.

The technical task of equipping the conference room included one interesting aspect of functionality: the possibility of simple and prompt transformation into a small cinema room. The equipment was selected in accordance with this requirement, as a result, high-quality speakers, a set of radio microphones, as well as a set of PTZ cameras (cameras that support remote zooming and panning) for video conferencing were installed in the conference room. As well as projection equipment for video playback. All this is controlled by one multimedia server.
