The IT circuit of EMUP Spetsavtobaza consisted of outdated 1C programs. They were impossible to update, and therefore every year more reports and calculations had to be collected manually. This required considerable labor costs and entailed errors and inaccuracies.

To maintain regulated reporting, the company introduced "1C: Accounting 3.0 CORP." Now it can hand over the current accounting and tax reports directly from 1C without using external software. Secure electronic documents are sent using the 1C : EDO service.

""is now responsible for operational accounting. BIT.FINANS It was seamlessly integrated with 1C: Accounting and 1S:ZUP, thanks to which you can work in a single information field. Previously, the organization regularly contacted contractors to transfer them data from Excel to 1C and support the operation of systems, but now this is not necessary. Also, the updated software was configured to upload information to external sources. This feature is used for automated data exchange with banks. It was important to transfer to the updated systems all the directories and documents necessary for collecting reports for different periods (including those that have already passed). The team coped with this task. The implementation was planned with a backbone for the future. At the design and development stage, the software was laid down with architectural solutions that will allow further development of the operational circuit, expanding its functionality. In the future, it is planned to add support "1C: Tires," implement "1C: Motor Vehicle Management" and 1C:MDM together with the First Bit team.

As a result of the project, 270 jobs were automated. Now the company sends reports to government agencies on time, easily exchanges documents with banks and saves on program support. The management of EMUP Spetsavtobaza makes decisions based on correct and up-to-date data on the company's work.
