The I-Teco company completed personnel management system implementation in affiliated enterprise TNK-BP - ROSPAN INTERNATIONAL.
Start of Project
In September, 2009 the I-Teco company started installation of a system in ROSPAN INTERNATIONAL Ltd.
Specific Features
The specifics of the company caused need of carrying out the GAP analysis with the subsequent description of the local characteristics of the enterprise which are not considered by a corporate prototype, scoping of necessary completions and development of the concept of migration of the historical data which are saved up by the enterprise.
Project Completion
Consecutive implementation of the corporate standard allows the company to move to a new level of personnel management gradually. At the same time observance of corporate requirements for personnel management processes significantly becomes simpler.
Besides, the enterprise has an opportunity to work in a uniform information field with head company (TNK-BP), their business personnel management processes are performed according to the uniform standard and also degree of transparency of the corresponding reporting significantly raises.
