In JSC TNK-Nyagan the personnel management system is brought into commercial operation. As the partner in the project of integration the I-Teco company acted. The platform of implementation is SAP.
Start
The project began in September, 2009.
Strokes to the project
Features of the company showed need of carrying out the GAP analysis with the subsequent description of the local characteristics of the enterprise which are not considered by a corporate prototype, scoping of necessary completions and development of the concept of migration of the historical data which are saved up by the enterprise.
Future
Consecutive implementation of the corporate standard allows the company to move to a new level of personnel management gradually. At the same time observance of corporate requirements for personnel management processes significantly becomes simpler.
The enterprise has an opportunity to work in a uniform information field with head company (TNK-BP), their business personnel management processes are performed according to the uniform standard, degree of transparency of the reporting raises.
