AB InBev Efes to implement In.Plan integrated planning system

2023: In.Plan Implementation Begins

AB InBev Efes has started a project to localize planning processes. The In.Plan platform developed by Axenix (ex-Accenture in Russia), which announced this on April 18, 2023, was chosen as the solution. The goal of the project is to move to integrated planning in AB InBev Efes.

The conversion of all processes into a single solution will optimize the company's supply chains, develop the system in the long term and improve the quality of planning at all stages of the production cycle and product sales. As of April 2023, the design phase of targeted business processes has been completed, the design of the In.Plan solution for AB InBev Efes has been determined, and the goals for improving the accuracy of forecasting, distribution and production plans have been set.

We took market analysis and the choice of solution provider very seriously - it took about six months. We studied the functionality of the In.Plan platform for a long time and came to the conclusion that this solution most fully meets our business requirements and is developed taking into account international standards and best practices, "said Vladimir Demkin, Director of Information Systems and Business Technology Development at AB InBev Efes.

First of all, AB InBev Efes will implement modules for demand forecasting, supply planning and graphics. In the future, the system will implement planning of raw materials, materials and return containers, as well as the distribution of inventories.
