The automated control system for finance on the platform "INTALEV: Corporate management" of century is implemented GROUP OF COMPANIES "R.O.S.T. XXI \. Integrator - the company INTALEV.

On start

By the beginning of cooperation GROUP OF COMPANIES "R.O.S.T. XXI \ with INTALEV, the customer company already used the system of management accounting and budgeting of own development, however, there was a need in completion of methodology and increase in level of process automation of budget planning.

What was

Full methodological setting of budget management was carried out to the companies with participation of users of planning process, accounting of their requirements and the arising restrictions. The main regulations reflecting methodology of budget planning in group of companies "R.O.S.T. XXI \ are developed ((((((((a financial structure; budget structure; managerial account policy; coefficients of a financial analysis; regulations of planning and so forth)

The model of planning and basic reports were configured in an automated system based on "INTALEV: Corporate management". Consultations of users of the configured model, start of an automated system in commercial operation are held.

Project duration was two months (March - April, 2010).

Achievements

Among the main effects of the project partners select emergence of an accurate system of budget planning, snizzheny labor inputs of entering of data into an automated system, reduction of number of transactions of users in the course of budgeting, operational formation of the management reporting with management of the company, a possibility of the plan-fact analysis without additional recalculations using several scenarios in one report at once.
