Eurodesign (Intalev: Corporate management)

In Evrodizayn group the project on development and deployment of a management system for finance based on the software product "is completed by Intalev: Corporate management". Within the project the project team from client side, capable to independently support a system was created; regulatory documents in which the financial structure of the company, the cash flow item, article of income expenses, forms of managerial reports, indicators of the financial and economic analysis is enshrined are developed. The regulations of budget planning and management accounting according to corporate standards are also developed and automated.

The managerial chart of accounts is developed; list analyst, required for maintaining model of planning and accounting; necessary reports are configured. Automation of process of annual budget planning according to standards of group of the client is executed.

Besides, in a system the rules defining transfer of the actual accounting information in a circuit of management accounting for the subsequent carrying out the plan-fact analysis are implemented.
