BFT-Holding automated the public procurement process of the Amur Region as part of the 223-FZ

2023: Implementation of "BFT. Snack"

On May 3, 2023, BFT-Holding announced the introduction of the integrated information system BFT.Zakupki in the Amur Region. Now the business process for procurement management, regulated by the 223-FZ, is fully automated at the subject level.

BFT.Zakupki helps to transfer to digital rails all stages of procurement procedures, from the formation of needs to the stages of fulfillment of contractual obligations and the formation of reports within the framework of 44-FZ and 223-FZ. In the Amur Region, the introduction of the product ensured the automation of the procurement process, which is regulated by law No. 223-FZ, and became the development of a centralized information and technical platform of the Amur Region for managing state and municipal purchases.

Based on the results of the pilot operation phase and acceptance tests conducted with the participation of the pilot customer group, the process of connecting all other user groups has started in the region. As of May 2023, more than 300 employees in 90 institutions of the region use the solution in their daily work. Since the launch of the system, more than 2,000 plans, 550 purchasing cards and 2,500 contracts have been registered in total. Within the framework of the project, the developer also established the process of integration interaction between BFT-Procurement and the ADC-Finance system, which provides control and reservation of financial support for procurement procedures.

The information system "BFT. Procurement" is designed for comprehensive automation of the customer's procurement activities in accordance with federal requirements, and also takes into account the peculiarities of regional regulations. With the introduction of the system, work on procurement procedures in the Amur Region completely switched from the plane of manual labor to the information space. In addition to managing all stages of procurement within the 223-FZ, the system solves a number of other tasks, including maintaining and applying catalogs of purchased goods, works, services, and supporting the process of coordinating procurement procedures, depending on the established parameters. Support for the user's work is accompanied by variable functionality aimed at solving target tasks, "said Rustam Ardavov, Director of the Public Procurement and Financial Control Department of BFT-Holding.

The introduction of the BFT. Procurement system is an important stage in the development of the information and technical system of the Amur Region, which allows preventing violations in the field of procurement by automatically monitoring the compliance of the procurement process with the requirements of the current legislation; Reduce errors when planning, preparing, and posting purchasing information organize electronic document flow at various stages of interaction between participants in the procurement process.
