2023: License expansion
The Progress Microelectronic Research Institute has been using the Etla electronic archive since 2015. Employees of the institute are satisfied with its capabilities - it was decided to expand the number of licenses for the use of archive software. The company Etla announced this on May 5, 2023.
The project to create an electronic archive on the Etla platform was launched at Progress NIIMA in the fall of 2015.
To store documentation in the institution, the software of the electronic archive "Etla" is used. When choosing this solution, the specialists of the research institute took into account its characteristics and functionality. Among the main requirements for the system were:
- Support for all types of documents
- the possibility of creating an arbitrary document storage structure, including the formation of several electronic archives within one system;
- the ability to configure and modify the system by programmers of research institutes;
- security of the archive software and database against external network attacks;
- technical support of the system by the software developer.
The electronic archive "Etla" not only meets all these requirements, but also exceeds them. It is important that the transition from the system testing stage to the operation stage is practically not tangible for system users - the functionality of the demo version does not differ from the basic one in any way and is limited only to a period of 30 days.
This became possible due to the fact that when switching from test mode to working mode, all settings made at the stage of familiarization with the system are saved. Archive structure, user accounts, access settings, document cards and directories, etc. - not all alternative programs offered on the market allow you to save the developments made by the user.
Over the years of operation of the electronic archive, the specialists of NIIMA "Progress" were convinced of the correctness of their choice. The organizational and administrative archive of incoming, outgoing and internal documents of the institution, as well as the archive of design documentation and the results of the scientific and technical activities of the institute, has been formed and is actively used in the work.
Employees note the convenience of working with the electronic archive "Etla," the ability to remotely work with documents via the Internet, the proven reliability of the system, fast and qualified technical support.
The management of NIIMA Progress JSC plans to continue to use the Etla electronic archive.
