On May 11, 2023, Netrika Medicine announced that it had updated the patient portal of the Kursk region, supplementing it with expanded capabilities and improving the design.

The interface has been completely updated on the portal: it has become more convenient. Also, the previously implemented functions have been updated to the latest versions: the schedule of doctors, a free appointment with a doctor and cancellation of the appointment.

As on the old portal, the Kurds will be able to create their own personal account, where the results of laboratory and instrumental tests, cases of medical care, access control to an electronic medical record, notifications and other useful services will now be available to them.

In the future, such services as "Appointment in the direction," "Call a doctor at home," "Appointment for telemedicine consultations" are being prepared for launch.

The presence of such a portal allows you to solve the problems of accessibility health care for an ordinary person. The improved service will help residents of the region save time and receive the necessary medical services quickly and in a convenient format. We will continue to develop the medical portal, making it as convenient and useful as possible for users, - commented Leila Chumakova, project manager for the development of patient portals at Netrika Medicine.

The portal for May 2023 has already become available to residents of the region, and the Ministry of Health will now be able to control all citizens' appeals in a feedback format.
