2022: Implementation of the WE 1C:ERP in the Moldovan mission
Holding T1 May 12, 2023 announced the completion of automation of operational business processes of foreign branches of Faberlic. The IT solution created jointly on the basis of the international version of the WE 1C:ERP will increase the speed of information processing, as well as improve the quality of the company's management decisions through the analysis of the obtained data.
Previously, all branches of the company used unified tools for working with consultants, orders and logistics, but there was no unified system for operational and management accounting. Instead, the divisions used disparate products, which made it much more difficult for the central office to collect and process information about the activities of subsidiaries.
The team began the project in September 2021. 5 months later, in February, the MVP was introduced into the Polish branch. However, in the spring of 2022, the company decided to leave the Polish market. The developers were able to replicate the system with minimal modifications, and already in November a full-fledged ERP solution was launched in the Moldovan branch of the company, taking into account local regulations. Specialists automated intra-group operations, and also brought the managerial and main regulated reporting in line with the legislative requirements of Moldova and the European Union.
As of May 2023, the T1 Group continues to provide service support. In the future, Faberlic plans to replicate the solution to other foreign branches of the company.
The main criterion for choosing an ERP system was flexible functionality with the ability to scale as the business develops. The expansion of the company required a change in the approach to operating management, more automation and detailed management accounting. We have been successfully using 1C:ERP-based systems for four years. The choice in favor of the international version of the solution was made due to the possibility of quick adaptation of software to business requirements, a convenient multilingual interface and an affordable cost of licenses, - said Konstantin Gerasimov, director of digital transformation at Faberlic. |
The progress of the project confirmed the correctness of the applied methodologies and focused on the need to be adaptive to changing conditions. Starting with the development of the MVP of the company's branch in Poland, in the conditions of a changed market situation, in a short time we ensured the remote introduction of new functionality into the IT perimeter of the Moldovan representative office. We managed to design a template solution that is open to further development and scaling to other divisions. Colleagues were able to independently and with minimal efforts to launch the solution in the Azerbaijani branch of the company, - said Alexey Stoyanov, head of the 1C division of the T1 Holding. |
