At the beginning there was growth

Intensive development of the company led the management to the decision on implementation of SFA - the automation system of sales capable to increase efficiency of sales agents, to optimize collecting and consolidation of information. In addition, it was supposed to solve the following problems:

• as much as possible to reduce transmission time of the order
• provide control over sales agents up to each movement
• obtain qualitative analytical information on sales markets.

About implementation

Implementation of the specialized IT solution continued more than one and a half years. Today work of 25 branches is automated. In a system "ST Mobile Trade. With Chicago" about 400 employees daily work.

The ready SFA system considering needs of the producer of meat products in 2008, in the Russian market was not yet in this connection the supplier not only carried out implementation, but provided completion of functionality.

• The basis – transfer of requests, GPS control, a reporting part, etc. – already works, the project is in the final stage, it was necessary to connect several platforms. We performed large volume of works: from formation of the needs for automation before actually implementation of a complex on all main distributors, and now passed to quieter speed. Now the project team pays the main attention to standardization of business processes and implementation of new functionality, gradually connecting the remained platforms. Before it we carefully prepare and we automate them taking into account the accumulated experience, after delicate administrative work.
