2023: Inex Multispace 2.0

On May 22, 2023, Multispace announced the launch of an updated version of the B2B application INEX Multispace 2.0. The application is implemented within the framework of the ALL IN ONE concept, which positions the product as a single tool for communicating an employee with the corporate environment. INEX Digital software product combines a mobile application for iOS, Android, Huawei (AppGallery) platforms, a user and administrative web interface, a server part, more than 20 integrations with external systems and an original Business Intelligence system.

According to Dmitry Vishnyakov, CEO of the Multispace network, it is important to form and improve the digital experience of people who work in the office, since after the pandemic, the very attitude towards office space has changed significantly. This thesis is confirmed by the numbers. Thus, according to a global survey conducted by Willis Towers Watson (a total of 1,550 employers participated in it, representing 9.45 million employees worldwide), working with digital experience of employees directly affects business performance: engagement (81%) and well-being of employees (80%), as well as their productivity (79%) and overall business efficiency (78%).

The central element of the application user interface is an interactive map, which provides access to key functionality. So, you can set up navigation in the office, search for departments and employees, book free workplaces, meeting rooms, offices (here you can use filters to provide the necessary equipment), manage lockers, make an order in a cafe with the possibility of delivery to the workplace, meeting room, office, as well as watch the news of the company and the business center. Thus, the main tasks of the application are to create comfortable and productive working conditions for office employees, save their time by automating organizational and household issues, and effectively use the office and its engineering and multimedia infrastructure.

From the updates in the INEX Multispace 2.0 application, an updated secure corporate messenger appeared, which allows a significant part of business communications within the application. In addition, now you can design passes for guests, order meals and access household services (an automated block of applications to IT, AHO and cleaning service is provided).

As a result, the consultant team managed to implement the following: to make a complex module understandable and useful for employees of any level, regardless of their digital experience.
