On May 23, 2023, IT Holding T1 announced that it had developed a universal tool for the prompt transfer of data from foreign SAP HCM to the domestic 1C human resources system: Salary and personnel management. Migration will become easier and faster. The mechanism has already been tested inside the T1, as well as on projects with RusHydro and Sheremetyevo Handling.
The teams of practices SAP 1C and the T1 holding worked on the tool. The former focused on downloading data from the system, the latter on developing a tool for subsequent loading. So, during migration, it is possible to easily upload from information SAP HCM for any parameters and periods, significantly reducing the labor costs of employees.
If earlier the process could take from two to six months, now the transfer of information necessary to automate HR processes and calculate wages will take no more than a month. It will take about four months to carry out the entire procedure - from design to confirmation of the correct transfer results. If the template structure changes during the migration process, T1 specialists will need no more than 2-3 hours to reload-load. In this case, the tool will be useful for companies switching from any domestic or foreign software where accounting is kept to 1C.
