SDEK has concluded the largest transaction in the warehouse real estate market in the Moscow region. It was announced at the end of May 2023.

As Vedomosti writes with reference to Konstantin Fomichenko, a partner of the NF Group, which acted as a consultant to this transaction, SDEK rented 89,000 square meters from the developer PNK Group. m in the warehouse complex "PNK Park MKAD-M4" in the south of the Moscow region. This is not the first time the parties have collaborated: in 2021, SDEK acquired 18 thousand square meters in St. Petersburg at PNK Park Sofiyskaya KAD and rented 33 thousand "squares" at PNK Park Medvedkovo. Market participants estimated the cost of an annual lease in a complex near Moscow for SDEK at 0.84-1.06 billion rubles.
