RuSat Infrastructure Solutions (RIR, part of Rosatom State Corporation) on June 22, 2023 announced the launch of a demo laboratory based on its own software Infrastructure IoT platform version 1.3 at the company's central office.

Anyone can look at the domestic IoT platform "live" by appointment. The demo laboratory was created in order to get an idea of ​ ​ what the Automated System of Operational Dispatch Control of Engineering Equipment at the Facility will look like in real life during the discussion and planning of construction. Using the main capabilities of the Infrastructure IoT platform, you can quickly and cost-effectively build an APCS system of any complexity.

RIR analysts considered that the digital transformation of enterprises using the Internet of Things allowed 41% of organizations to achieve an average cost reduction of 17% in 2022. At the same time, 22% of companies were able to increase revenues by an average of 35%. The payback period of the Infrastructure IoT platform is 1-1.5 years, and since the second year integration with business processes has increased. RIR invites enterprises to pay attention to this area and accelerate their own digital transformation.

The solution implements SCADA/ASODU functionality for dispatching and control of engineering equipment. The concept of modularity and the principle of "Constructor" laid down in the Infrastructure IoT platform gives great competitive quality compared to other similar products present on the Russian market.

The laboratory's hardware infrastructure is based on modern server and network equipment from leading domestic manufacturers. The operation of solutions in a test environment allows you to ensure compatibility with software and hardware complexes already used by customers, introduce IT products into the production environment with minimal time without affecting existing systems, and reduce project risks.

The security perimeter of the laboratory meets the requirements for reliable and secure modeling of the customer's infrastructure with the ability to pilot projects with real data. The work of the Infrastructure IoT platform is based on a single information model of the object, which is mutually related structured information about the object and all its engineering systems. This model, in reference to real data from IoT devices, is a reliable basis for decision-making throughout the life cycle of an object. Thus, all operation processes are managed and controlled in a common data environment, i.e. one tool (Infrastructure IoT platform) allows you to store, manage and visualize in a human-friendly way all information about the object in operation.
