2023: Implementation of the "Dispatcher" system
In the workshop for the repair of metallurgical equipment No. 3 EVRAZ NTMK put into operation a digital production management system. The project was implemented jointly with the company "Figure," which announced this on July 3, 2023.
The project combined more than 160 units of high-performance equipment of the division into a single digital environment under the control of the Dispatcher complex, which made it possible to see all the necessary information about the operation of the machine fleet in real time. After completing the task, the machine operator marks and the system records the readiness of the part. The system also enters information about the state of the workpiece, the need for engineering maintenance, downtime. The system allows you to keep track of the work of machines, analyze the load of each unit, the quality of manufacturing parts and much more. The digital system made it possible to abandon papers with drawings and technological descriptions. This makes it possible to reduce the time of production operations, reduce the cost of production, and increase the productivity of the workshop.

Optimizing capacity utilization by monitoring equipment and personnel actions is one of the priorities for each production. In this project, we focused on assessing the effectiveness of current labor resources - the development of operators, as well as on their production and technological discipline.
