2023: Implementation of BPMSoft
OmniLine and ICL Services have completed the implementation of the CRM system. The project took only five months. The low-code platform BPMSoft, the own development of LANIT Omni (part of the LANIT group), which announced this on July 5, 2023, was chosen as the technical solution.
OmniLine chose a flexible implementation model in which the ICL Services team received a specific outcome after each iteration. This option made it possible to adjust to changes in the external environment, as well as without risk for all participants in the process to adjust the scope of work.
As a result, it was possible to implement a complex and flexible system of rights, when the employee chooses what he will manage in a specific transaction. This, on the one hand, meets information security requirements, and on the other, allows the customer to quickly make changes in management levels. CRM is used by all departments and 100% of transactions are conducted in it, and sales control is carried out entirely on the basis of the dashboards of the implemented system.
The project was objectively difficult: we have a fairly complex business and extensive processes, there are about 2,000 people on staff as of July 2023, many departments, different types of sales and a large number of customers. We needed to migrate to the new functional system as seamlessly as possible, without risks to sustainability. And everything worked out.
