2023: Implementation of 1C: Integrated Automation, BIT Adapter and BIT Management of Marketplaces Solutions
Voronezh office IT-integrator First Bit"" automated accounting and management, jewelry retailer "Senate" combining the disparate ON into a common integrated system. This made it possible to eliminate discrepancies data in different ones, bases get rid of the need for double input and obtain reliable data for making management decisions. This was announced on July 11, 2023 by the First Bit company.
It was decided to transfer management accounting to the 1C: Integrated Automation configuration. The BIT Adapter solution is now responsible for exchanging data with 1C: Retail. Information is transmitted from the system to the system in less than 3 seconds - no delays are noticeable for the end user.
Specialists of the "First Bit" conducted an audit of the nomenclature and found out that among 600 thousand positions recorded in the 1S:UNF, there were 3 thousand identical records, 12 thousand repeating characteristics and 4 thousand matches of barcodes. Cleaning database was helped by a specially developed methodological treatment. The system highlighted the users found backwoods and gave recommendations for combining takes, which took place automatically at night. time Users checked and confirmed the correctness of the system selection. Since there was no full-fledged exchange between 1S:UNF and 1C: Retail, prices for goods in different databases could differ. The cost had to be calculated manually. The transition to 1S:KA gave the purchasing department and the financial department tools to carefully analyze the cost and margin of products, based on automatically summarized data.
Work with marketplaces was automated using the product "BIT. Management of marketplaces." He saved store employees from routine work on filling out cards, document management, adjusting prices, changing the status of orders and deliveries. In conditions of serious competition on the sites, any error or delay can lead to a decrease in the rating - and therefore to a drop in goods in issuance and a decrease in sales volumes.
The government strictly monitors the turnover of jewelry in the country through the GIIS DMDK system. "First Bit" exempted the employees of the Senate Group of Companies from the need to manually enter data from accounting systems into it and independently send information about especially large transactions to the tax financial monitoring system. Now all this happens automatically. In addition to its own products, the Senate sells commission goods, and also sends precious products received from visitors for remelting.
Before the start of the project, 1C: Retail incorrectly recorded commission goods, as a result of which they were sold as their own products with VAT (although in fact VAT is not taxable). "First Bit" helped to conduct an audit of accounting, establish communication with the tax office and establish a methodology so that no such errors would arise in the future. To avoid fines and the collection of excess VAT, I had to cancel through the OFD and interrupt about 3 thousand checks and send correction documents to the tax authorities on time.
1C: Integrated Automation has become the center of the IT infrastructure of the Senate Group of Companies. It stores all the basic data about the work of the company, and other solutions are exchanged with it through BIT Adapter and RabbitMQ. This freed employees from routine work and eradicated mistakes. In the hands of management, there is now accurate and transparent management reporting that allows you to competently develop your business in all directions.
