"First Bit" exempted the employees of the Senate Group of Companies from the need to manually enter data from accounting systems into it and independently send information about especially large transactions to the tax financial monitoring system. Now all this happens automatically. In addition to its own products, the Senate sells commission goods, and also sends precious products received from visitors for remelting.

Before the start of the project, 1C: Retail incorrectly recorded commission goods, as a result of which they were sold as their own products with VAT (although in fact VAT is not taxable). "First Bit" helped to conduct an audit of accounting, establish communication with the tax office and establish a methodology so that no such errors would arise in the future. To avoid fines and the collection of excess VAT, I had to cancel through the OFD and interrupt about 3 thousand checks and send correction documents to the tax authorities on time.

1C: Integrated Automation has become the center of the IT infrastructure of the Senate Group of Companies.
