With the help of TrueConf Enterprise, the bank's IT specialists launched a private VKS cloud, to which more than 12 thousand employees were connected in 59 regions of the country. The main advantage of such a migration was the complete independence of VKS-cloud from blocking Western providers and foreign IT companies, as well as storing data inside the bank's infrastructure.

Rosbank employees can launch closed and public videoconferences and participate in online meetings with PCs, laptops, mobile phones and tablets - TrueConf user cross-platform applications are responsible for this. At the same time, external users and partners can connect to conferences through a browser without the need to install applications.

All users are in a single address space on the TrueConf platform - to interact with colleagues from other departments and branches, just open the address book. Presence status shows which of the employees is available for communication, and users who are not on the network can call their mobile number directly from TrueConf applications. The built-in messenger allows you to always stay in touch and fully interact with colleagues - the personal history of conversations is synchronized on all devices of each individual employee. A large set of tools is available for employees to work together: screen and slide demonstrations, conference recordings, and an online meeting planner by time and date.
