2023: Launch of chatbot "On DMP communication"

Five On July 14, 2023, the retail chain "" launched Telegram chat boat at DMP Communications, which will invite applicants to join the project of the company "Partner Store Director." In it, you can learn everything information about the program: the chatbot will answer the most frequently asked questions, and the current partner directors will tell their stories in the "circles." Interested candidates can immediately respond to a vacancy by clicking on a special button.

The chatbot is written in PHP Version 7.3.33 and is directly connected to the Telegram API. Two main mechanics are sewn into it, which will help you find out about the position of director of the partner store from the project participants themselves and get information on how to start developing your own business with Pyaterochka and find a job in the company. Short videos - "circles" - will introduce users to five current partner directors. They will talk about themselves and their professional path. Also in the chatbot you can find answers to the 10 most popular questions about the program "Store Partner Director," for example, about duties and powers, plans for the development of the project, requirements for applicants. To respond to a vacancy, you do not have to complete the started algorithm of actions - a button with a link can be pressed at any stage.

Previously, only current directors of Pyaterochki stores could get into the Partner Store Director program. At the beginning of 2023, we tested the recruitment of external candidates for the position of partner director and are now scaling this practice. The chatbot accumulates all the applied information on the project, which will help the participants understand the essence and specifics of the project. This is convenient, because it does not have to be collected bit by bit from different sources, and the response to the vacancy itself will take no more than two minutes.
