60% of office employees switch to remote and combined work
On August 5, 2020, X5 Retail Group announced the transfer of 60% of its office employees to remote and combined work. Almost half of them (46%) will be able to work from home 1-3 days a week, the rest will either go to permanent work from home, or will be able to come to the office once a week.
The retailer promises to maintain all conditions of remuneration, benefits and compensation, regardless of the chosen format of work.
