The 1C-Rarus team completed the automation of the operational circuit at PJSC Ob-Irtysh Shipping Company . The 1C: Transportation Logistics, Expediting and Vehicle Management KORP configuration has improved line accounting and performance analysis. This was announced on July 17, 2023 by the 1C-Rarus company.

In addition to transportation of goods by inland river  sea the tracks, OIRP PJSC provides loading and unloading and storage services; cargoes engaged in design activities; builds and maintains crossings; repairs ship equipment; mines and supplies crushed stone construction and sand.

The increase in the volume of orders and the expansion of the list of transported goods led to the need to modernize the business processes of the shipping company. The management set the goal of organizing a single information space for managing transportation and the fleet operation unit. A tool was required to manage flights, the technical condition of ships, planning maintenance and repair, and analyze financial indicators.

The software product was installed on workstations, accounting parameters were configured, users underwent online training. During the navigation period of 2022, there was an active process of finalizing the motor transport program for the specifics of the shipping company's activities , taking into account the types of transportation, the peculiarities of tariff grids and routes.

 As a result of the digitalization of the transportation management system in the shipping company, regular accounting has been improved. The labor intensity in the formation of supporting documentation has decreased. This was achieved due to the ability to see the load of the fleet in a single information space, track the status of the task and , if necessary, make adjustments.

This system helps management make management decisions based on a detailed analysis of the company's activities. A payment calendar has been developed to help monitor counterparty payments and a report to monitor receivables. Reports on the movement of goods in the section of barges and tugs, a report with many parameters based on the results of the fleet's operation were formed. It is planned to develop units for planning flights and repairs. Cooperation with 1C-Rarus continues in terms of consulting support and maintenance of the information base,
