2023: Service Launch

At the end of July 2023, the Moscow mayor's office launched a safe purchase and rental service. It will allow apartment owners in Moscow to quickly and simply create reports on their real estate and exchange them digitally with buyers or tenants.

The service was called "Transparent Transaction." The reports created there display general information about the apartment and its owner: the area of housing, the presence of encumbrances, the number of owners and other data. To create a report, the landlord will need a full account on the mos.ru portal, as well as a completed profile in which information about real estate and ownership is indicated and confirmed. You can generate two types of reports - short and detailed. The owner decides for himself which one to use.

Tenants or home buyers can also use the Transparent Transaction service and provide their data. In a special report, the section "For tenants and buyers" will indicate the surname, first name and patronymic, date of birth, series and number of the passport, as well as the registration address of the tenant or buyer. The owner of the apartment will check this information with the passport data provided by the second participant in the transaction. Access to such a report can also be obtained only by a unique code that the tenant himself or the buyer will send to the owner of the property.

Real estate transactions always take a long time and are associated with a large number of documents. The new Transparent Transaction service simplifies these processes. With its help, obtaining confirmed data about your apartment is quick, and you can send a ready-made report using a link or QR code. The functionality of the service is suitable both for independent real estate transactions and cooperation with realtors. For this, special mechanisms for protecting personal information have been developed, "said Alexander Pishchelko, head of the New Management Technologies State Institution.[1]
