One more stage is completed

On June 29, 2011 specialists of INTALEV group completed the next stage of the project of setting and automation of a management system in Agrarnaya Gruppa Ltd. In June, 2011 the block of a regulation and automation of business process of control of accomplishment of scheduled works in holding is put in operation.

Deputy CEO for audit and auditing activity of Agrarnaya gruppa Ltd Yulia Sergeyevna Tyutyusheva: "Already now we can note a number of effects of the project. Collecting of reports on execution of scheduled works by job redesign between owners, participants, controllers and technical scheduled works by contractors is optimized. If not to take into account time spent for consultations of contractors of process, then effect of process - economy of 16 hours in a month of working time at the administrator of process. When all employees master work in a new system, time for consultations will be minimized. Also we managed to transfer control of accomplishment of scheduled works to a real-time mode".
