The owner will receive money only after the guest arrives. The rest is paid upon settlement. In case of any difficulties, a specially dedicated round-the-clock voice support line for short-term rental users will help you choose an alternative option, and the prepayment will return to the card if something is wrong with the object. Landlords will be able to access the online booking service for houses, cottages, summer cottages and townhouses from September 14, 2023. According to the updated rules, they will only need to pay for the first placement of the announcement, and then the extension of the announcement will become free, only 15% of the booking fee will need to be paid.

This online booking service on Avito Real Estate assumes a number of features for homeowners: after connecting the service, announcements will receive a Safe Reservation badge and will be shown as a priority in search results on the platform, 24/7 phone support and profile management will become available. Gradually, mandatory verification will apply to all users and categories of "Avito Real Estate."

For professional and private users in three regions, mandatory check on the extract will begin on August 4, 2023. When placing a new announcement on secondary real estate and long-term lease, they will be asked to download the document from Rosreestr. The apartment, the parameters of which are confirmed by an official document, will attract more attention from potential customers.

At the same time, private users throughout Russia will still be offered by the platform to pass verification at will.
