Now the federal network of fitness centers signs documents with 3,000 specialists remotely and using a smartphone. Nopaper, a unique service of Skolkovo residents SafeTech and Abanking, helped to cope with this task. The development allows you to exchange documents with employees and freelance specialists.

WorldClass is a federal network of fitness centers. As of August 2023, the company has 48 own clubs - in Moscow, Yekaterinburg, St. Petersburg, Sochi and 65 partner clubs in 11 countries. The network continued to grow, and instead of hiring a new employee, decided to introduce electronic document management.

The World Class employs 3,000 specialists, 2000 of them are coaches, these are not only full-time employees, but also SP self-employed individuals. It was important to translate documents with each category into electronic form. Not all solutions on the market were ready to implement this. Someone specialized only in KEDO, and someone worked only with counterparties. All scenarios of work closed the service Nopape,. said Inna Efankina, head of human resources at World Class.

The service uses a patented mobile signature technology that allows you to accurately determine who signed the document, when and from which device. The club's coaches use a smartphone to record for training, and will now be able to sign documents.

The peculiarity of Nopaper is that everyone can sign the document: employees, counterparties, individual entrepreneurs and self-employed. It is also familiar and simple, as it was on the printer. Therefore, we solved the World Class problem and continue to popularize electronic document management, which could not be done for 20 years, since EDO services were created only for certain documents and some users: only for legal entities, or only for individuals. Plus, sign documents in Nopaper, just like transferring money by phone number, which was also not previously in EDO services, noted Maria Kirichenko, Nopaper Product Manager.

The Nopaper service helped the federal fitness center chain World Class reduce operating costs and reduce the burden on its specialists.
