Moreover, AXELOT WMS allows you to automate the monitoring of the condition of the product, thereby preventing the detected defective product from being in the selection area.

AXELOT WMS implements status monitoring - an operation designed to change the state of a certain quantity of goods. If an employee notices a defect, the shipping documentation changes the status of the item, and AXELOT WMS automatically creates a task to move the defective item to the appropriate area in the warehouse. The quality of the shipped products is also controlled using the functionality of the system, which ensures the control of shelf life.

After selecting a set of FIFO or FEFO-appropriate residues, AXELOT WMS plans all operations in an optimal way in terms of minimizing the mileage of technology and the total number of tasks. The system also allows you to use storage areas as efficiently as possible due to an increase in storage density - WMS has set up a compaction strategy according to the algorithm for combining identical residues, and the sampling zone is replenished according to the established min/max indicators.
