2023: Introduction of "Turbo Budgeting" in the Hotel Edition

Wone IT, a partner of Consyst Business Group (developer of the TURBO line, part of the LANIT group), has completed the first stage of the implementation of TURBO Budgeting in a special edition of Hotel Edition in the Wone Hotels chain . This was announced on August 14, 2023 by representatives of Wone IT.

The management of the modern hotel business requires the availability of information systems capable of forming strategic plans taking into account seasonality, factors of change in the competitive environment and the requirements of the regulator. Monitoring financial indicators in real time is the main task of implementing the information system "TURBO Budgeting" Hotel Edition. It takes into account the specifics of hospitality, including the possibility of using USALI reporting and a forecasting model in accordance with the requirements of operators.

In 2022, Won Hotels management decided to introduce a modern information system that will help shape the budget, record plans and track their implementation. A significant factor in the choice was the high level of readiness of the industry solution. Automation of budgeting tasks was associated with the need to obtain accumulated data from various financial centers of responsibility of each of the hotels, compile and adjust the budget of the entire network based on them, noted in Wone IT.

As of August 2023, "TURBO Budgeting" Hotel Edition interacts with all components of the corporate information system, is easily configured and supported by end users. The solution allows you to quickly consolidate financial information and generate the reporting necessary for analysis and management decisions.

According to the customer, automation of the "Placement" unit and the development of a universal reporting form made it possible to improve the quality of financial planning and reduce the labor intensity of processes. It was possible to reduce the time for preparing the budget, the impact of the human factor and related errors. Budget planning has become more accurate, which positively affects the quality of management decisions and the operational efficiency of the company as a whole.

At the next stage of the project, it is planned to automate accounting of expenses and income for the SPA zone, sports and children's club.

"The budget of the hotel is a very complex design, in which many details must be provided: the dynamics of arrivals, the seasonality of accommodation, the cost of maintaining each room (from the cost of detergents to staff costs). The more factors we take into account, the more accurately we can plan sales, expenses, and the scale of investments. It is impossible to do without a reliable budgeting system, especially if we are not talking about one hotel, but about the network.
