This Naumen SAM system maintains centralized records of licenses copies ON and equipment used in 18 legal entities of the company. Naumen allowed the organization to increase the transparency of the use of software and at the same time optimize the cost of its purchase and support. The implementation project took six months and affected the accounting of over 1.2 thousand pieces of equipment, 4.5 thousand licenses and 18 thousand copies of software. Thanks to integration with the 1C: Enterprise system, the solution has access to license agreements and timely notifies responsible employees of the need to renew their validity. Naumen SAM is also integrated with the Kaspersky Security Center solution for collecting data about devices and the software installed on them. As a result, Glavstroy technical support and information security specialists have up-to-date information about the software that each employee of the organization uses.

As part of the Naumen SAM implementation project, the process of preparing documents accompanying the issuance of licenses was automated. In addition, dashboards with information about the software and equipment used in the company are automatically formed in the system. Understanding the actual volume of licenses used allowed Glavstroy to optimize the cost of purchasing them.
