2023: Obtaining the status of a resident of the SEZ "Technopolice Moscow"
The company "NPP Trassir," which produces video surveillance systems, security control and DVRs, received the status of a resident of the special economic zone (SEZ) "Technopolice Moscow." The production complex is located at the Alabushevo site. This was announced on August 25, 2023 by the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy Vladislav Ovchinsky.
The company rented a room at the Alabushevo site with a total area of more than 1.2 thousand square meters. The first production line has already been launched, the second is planned to open in early 2024. The volume of investments invested in the purchase of equipment is more than 151 million rubles. The level of localization of production exceeds 62 percent, - said Vladislav Ovchinsky. |
The company will produce several types of video cameras, DVRs, auxiliary equipment and enclosures for its devices at the Alabushchevo site. Resident products can be used in security systems of enterprises, organizations and households.
The production of DVRs is deployed on a scale that allows the release of more than 30 thousand units of products per year. Reaching full design capacity is scheduled for the first quarter of 2024. The company has created 22 high-tech jobs, and in the future their number is planned to be increased to 54, Technopolice said Gennady Degtev, General Director of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ. |
By 2028, the resident plans to produce up to 500 thousand video cameras per year, and the volume of production of DVRs by this time should reach 80 thousand annually.
One of the significant goals of the company is to increase the level of localization of production. We are at the stage of finding partners and concluding relevant agreements under which we will supply the necessary details. We plan to start independent production of video camera and recorder cases, as well as some electronic components of video systems in the future, "said Igor Oleinik, CEO of the company. |
